Revelation 20, 21, & 22
Heaven opens and a horse and rider appear on the scene. The horse is white and the rider is called faithful and true. His clothing is dipped in blood and his name is The Word of God. It is the Lord Jesus Christ, returning to earth to set up His thousand-year reign on earth. He is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. The armies of heaven that follow Him are also upon white horses and are dressed in white linen which is the clothing of His bride, the church. Those who have put their faith in Christ will return with Him to set up His kingdom. The battle with the armies of the Antichrist at Armageddon is a short one. The sword that proceeds out of the mouth of the Lord slays all of the armies of the world. The Antichrist and the false prophet are cast alive in the lake of fire. Ezekiel 39:11&12 tell us that the burial of the multitudes that die in the battle of Armageddon will take seven months, and the stench of the dead bodies will stop the noses of the travelers.
